- The eggs were received damaged, broken, or spoiled upon delivery.
- The delivered order is incorrect (wrong quantity or type of eggs).
- The product was past its expiration date at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of eggs once they have been delivered, unless they meet the above conditions.
